More pricing questions
How much does it cost to run an internship program on Internhuddle?
Pricing is prepaid credits — 1 credit equals 1 US dollar. Screening a candidate costs 2 credits and each active candidate costs 1 credit per closed day, so a typical small program costs far less than a monthly per-seat subscription. You start with free credits when you sign up.
Is there a monthly subscription or per-user fee?
No. There is no subscription, no per-seat fee and no charge for mentors, interns or university viewers. You only pay for screening activity and active candidates, and you can top up whenever you need more credits.
Does pricing work the same for full-time hiring?
Almost — it's simpler. The Full-Time Hiring track shares one prepaid credit balance with the internship side, and screening a candidate costs the same. The daily active-candidate charge applies to internship programs only: full-time hires never accrue a per-day cost. There's still no subscription or per-seat fee on either track.
Do interns or students pay anything to apply?
Never. Applying, tracking an application, the intern portal, certificates and shareable internship records are always free for candidates and interns.
